It drives me crazy every time my daughter and I paint and she gets all her colors mixed together!! I don't know why it bugs me so bad but I just sit there and almost get stressed about it watching her dip her blue paint colored brush into the pink. I know, I'm a little weird. BUT, I figured out how to fix the problem! Q-tips!
I can finally stop buying these little paint kits every time we have a painting project because now her pink stays pink and her blue stays blue!!

I just felt proud that I came up with something so minuscule but oh so awesome that I felt the need to share for all you other OCD moms that don't like your colors mixed! :)
It worked great!
I decided to paint some pumpkins for decorations this year and needed to keep my 2 year old busy. She wanted to paint to and that is when I remembered the q-tip idea! She loved it and so did I.
